Posting this review because this is the worst practice I have been to; I went to Evolutionary Vet Specialist in Lakewood the next day. I booked online which was a super easy process, but the office called me an hour before my appointment to let me know that the vet is out of office. There was no wait time to get in a room, although I had to request that my cat be put in a room since there was a dog in the lobby. The staff honestly seemed inebriated. I brought my dog in to assess a limping leg. Dr. Valori was great during our appointment so I will give credit there. I ended up having to schedule a TPLO surgery. I am happy with the speciality surgeon they use, Dr. Gall. What I am not happy about it is the experience. As I was checking him in and signing papers , the vet tech almost had my dog in the back before I even had a chance to stay goodbye. Declawing cats is tantamount to animal abuse. In Europe you would lose your license and face jail time for it. Think about it: How can something that leads to a conviction in civilised countries be anything but unethical?
if you need a vet to give you a advise on your kitty or cats declaws, dont go to this one. listen to the real cat expert, Jackson Galaxy. if you have problems with your cat, contact cat behaviorist. declawed your cat is not an option, itll bring illnesses like arthritis, will not be able to become defensive to it's own kind...
