The barbacoa is to die for!
We love this Taco Mama! We live in St. Louis and stop here in Huntsville every year for a couple days before heading to Destin for vacation. Taco Mama is always our first dinner to kick off vacation every year. Our twin boys count down all year and talk about it! It’s their favorite part! Staff is always friendly and everything is efficient. Food never disappoints!

The first time I went, it was awesome! This time, not so much. I got the Big Client burrito with street corn. The burrito was mostly refried beans and tomatoes and the street was honestly terrible. It had a sour touch but was also spicy. Very strange taste and not in a good way. The salsa this time was also very watery with only a tomato taste. Hopefully next time will be better.

I got tired of eating hospital food and walked here from Mobile Infirmary. It was absolutely worth the almost two-mile walk. Fresh food, clean tables, and friendly helpful staff. I got an ahi-tuna taco and a sizzler taco with the street corn. The only negative part of my visit is that I got full and couldn't order something else. If I get the opportunity, I will definitely come back the next time I am in Mobile.
