Did some research-shopped at different dealers, one right by my place in Puyallup-and Tacoma gave me the best deal by far. No pressure-no hard sell-no bs. Mike treated me with respect and I had a great experience with the financé man. I would recommend Mike and his team to friends, no problem.
We got a super deal on a new Frontier. No trade-in with perfect credit. 0% interest through Nissan. Bought from Daniel; wonderful salesperson!! Negotiation & finance was fairly quick and painless. Just took the truck in yesterday for oil change & tire rotation. Quick, thorough, and friendly service in the Service Dept. Not a minute of Buyer's Remorse so far! Very satisfied!

While I did not purchase my vehicle here, I have been getting it serviced here after dealing with so many terrible mechanics that end up costing me more time and money and gave me the run around. Nissan Tacoma has been absolutely wonderful in both their customer service and prices; and I NEVER thought I would say that about a dealership.

Very straight forward sales person offered me a deal I didn't refuse. Go see Daniel Siddall best sales person that works with military on a personnel level. Very friendly staff. The overall experience I had was excellent service with sales persons that were not pushy or in your face and very professional.
My experience with Nissan Tacoma Way is very bad. I can't find a single nice word for them. These are people with several sides of their face. They told me everything about the vehicle and I believed them! But after that, these people don't know you anymore. Their task is to sell you a vehicle, and if you only want to change something for a few days, they will rob you again to the last dollar. Dry bad dealership.
Took my work vehicle in to get a simple brake job. Was told the job would be done the same day. One of their employees backed into a pole or something on their lot and wrecked the tailgate. This is a truck that produces on average of $1000 dollars a day for our business. They took a month to get the damage fixed, and there is no longer any vehicle signage on the back (due to the tailgate having to be replaced).
