Went to Tacoma Nissan for an oil change. We're from California. and after the service was done, our service advisor, Aden Paquin, checked through all the existing records on the car, and found we still had a free oil change due from when we bought our used car last year! They also said there service inspection showed that were no "extras" that needed to be done, and our total bill was $0! Everyone there is so polite and helpful!

Walked into the dealership just to take a look at the Juke, it was an ugly color and the car didn't "feel" right. Hollie came to chat with me. She listened to what I was looking for in a car. She left for a short while and came back with a car I wouldn't have thought to check out. It met everything I was looking for, but hadn't codified into words. Great experience overall.
