We remodeled our condo and looked both online and at local merchants. Tahoe Specialty Floors and Windows were fabulous to deal with. We had excellent service in picking our shades - they had great design and product knowledge. Our property is a 2nd home so service and installation was a big concern. Tahoe Specialty arranged for installation ahead of schedule. They were professional and the service was great. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Lake Tahoe area.

This was my first experience in working with a small local business in Incline Village for Remote Blinds & installation. Nai Sullivan was great from beginning to end on my client project! She is knowledgeable, follows through & most importantly is available to head off any job interruptions. Overall great customer service Nai- keep up the excellent work. It's nice to work with a Trade Professional in a small town!

We ordered a highly textured wool carpeting from Tahoe Specialty Flooring, which they installed throughout the house. It looks very beautiful and they did a terrific installation job. Everything was moved and put back in its place and you don't see the seams in the carpet.

I purchased all of my window treatments from Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Design and couldn't be more pleased. Their selection was great, ordering was quick and easy, and everything arrived on time. Because I am not always at my Tahoe home, I really appreciated both Nia & Coreen for going above and beyond to work with my schedule. I will definitely continue to upgrade my home with Tahoe Specialty!

We have received excellent service from Tahoe Specialty Flooring for several years now. In a small mountain community, where you might not expect such high standards of service and quality products, they truly deliver. We have used them for flooring and window coverings ... all with beautiful outcomes! I most recently worked with Shawna Ellefson in the office and she was just wonderful. Very attentive with terrific follow up. All in all a great place to do business in the West/North Tahoe area!
