Tails up is THUMBS DOWN!!!! I had a horrible experience today in the Castle Rock location. The groomer met me in the lobby and raised her voice at me refusing to groom my Shepherd. My boy, Solomon, has been trained, boarded, and groomed at this location several times. But today the groomer's energy was very hostile even towards me. Have been coming for years. Once the original owners sold out, it hasn’t been great. Our last overnight stay, our dogs were not fed any dinner or breakfast. One dog keeps coming home with bites on her. They blamed our dogs.. Not happy..going elsewhere.
