Dr. Tal Roudner is a top-notch surgeon and recommend him with my eyes closed. From day one in my consultation, he was extremely thorough explaining his thought process and procedure. We went over the pros and cons of the different methods of insertion, and implant types. I chose Dr. Tal for my gynecomastia surgery. Boy am I glad I did so. To start off with, his staff is amazing. Extremely professional, courteous and respectful. I choose Dr. Tal as my plastic surgeon after I had 2 good friends see him a year prior. They had great results and I was only hoping for the same. I went into his office not having a strong preference in shape or size. The only concern I had was for the breasts to look natural and to not be too big. I am a 23 year old woman who had a breast reduction with this awesome doctor. I was a 34DDD! My breasts were saggy and huge, i felt uncomfortable with every shirt i would wear.
