Verified Renter Great place to live! However theft on property is an issue, so I would be conscientious with that. Despite that these are great apartments with lots of amenities and the staff genuinely cares for you and your needs!

Verified Renter The application process was so easy. Marisa helped get us moved in very quickly and she was very friendly. The whole community is gorgeous, the gym, game room, and movie room is open 24/7 which is so convenient. Pool is nice and clean. Community is nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly.

Verified Renter From the application process to approval, then move in, and now as a resident, Jose along with all the office staff of the Las Colinas Heights team were very helpful, efficient, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my entire moving process went smoothly and efficiently. Every time I walked into the office Jose was always there to help with any concerns I had. He along with his team were incredibly approachable and efficient.

Verified Renter So far, our experience here has been good. Office staff has been helpful and attentive. Our apartment was clean and well outfitted. My only complaint is there there is a lot of noise bleed through from the apartment behind us. It is usually not late into the night but we can hear conversations from the second bedroom and the master bathroom.

Verified Renter This community is amazing! Nobody steals packages from your door if you are not home the staff in the office are all so sweet and helpful. We get our trash picked up 5 days out of the week and it is very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to other people!
