Verified Renter We are a family of 4 and so far so good. It’s mostly quiet and the people around us are friendly . As far as the units themselves I wish the shelves in the laundry room weren’t so darn high lol. There could be a bit more storage space, we usually have our mop and brooms out cause there isn’t a closet or anything to store anything. I love the kitchen. Verified Renter Family is everything and that’s what you get when you choose to live at the Ardent. I’ve been living here for 5 years and you don’t stay somewhere for 5 years unless you love it. The state of the art gym is another amazing plus. 3 swimming pools and games and snacks in the office area lots of fun and entertainment just what family ordered.

Verified Renter Been living here for 4 yrs, it is a quiet and peaceful community. The only thing missing is a playground for our kids, which was taken down. We were told it was going to be rebuilt, which has not happen. This summer our swimming pool was shut down and never opened. When again we were told it was going to have maintenance done and it would be open! It is still close :(

I love being updated with everything going on and how understanding they are about pets when people have to come in the apartments to check on things. Best experience for my first apartment ever!
