Too Far from everything Took a tour, very nice office staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. But was amazed with the pricing for the location and the utilities are not included. The new upgrades are absolutely beautiful but they don't convince me to rent. I rather rent something closer to the city for the price.

The "Smart Apartment... (Verified Renter) The "Smart Apartment Tech" is a big plus, but over shadowed by roach issue.

Verified Renter Great apartment complex. I love living here I have been for almost two years. Maintenance is great, the pools are clean, the grounds are upkept nicely. And the front office staff is extremely helpful and sweet.
