Verified Renter So far it hasn't been too loud. I haven't had any issues. All the residents that I have encountered have been very nice and cordial. This is a nice place to live.

Verified Renter After moving in to our 2 bedroom; the environment has been calm and peaceful. The property is always well cleaned and maintained, have only met 1 of my neighbors and thus far everyone has been nice and welcoming.

Verified Renter I enjoy our community here at the Ardent the staff is helpful and communicates regularly and respectfully. I enjoy seeing the different dog breeds and the owners are responsible with their pets.

Verified Renter everything okay and the customer service is really good but around apartment complex i find dog poop they didn’t pick up there’s dog poop other than that okay.

Verified Renter It’s chill. The area behind our building has dirt and grass, whenever it rains it’s like a mud pool. Terrible to walk through. Also there’s no light where we walk into our side of the parking lot and the sidewalks have these gaps so when you’re walking out at nighttime, I stg I’ve tripped almost everytime lol.
