Tammy was in no hurry to get on the phone. This being my first home purchase, I had many, many questions for her about the process and what to expect. She also helped me understand different loan options (FHA, Conventional, varied amount of down payment, loan durations) by making several Total Cost Analysis documents. Her effort here helped ease my mind in us making the right decision for our situation.
