Tammy Moore was amazing. She did above and beyond on helping me get my house. She was available to answer all questions day and night. It was nice that I can text her anytime of the day or night and she responded right away. I'm always busy during day time and cannot be on the phone so it was great to just send a text to communicate. She was at a graduation and still doing business with me. It was convenient via computer/phone for mortgage application and process. Due to my work and sleep hours it was nice that I did not have to constantly run back and forth from their office to complete and return documents. There were parts that were frustrating but as I knew that was also part of the process. Overall I can't say it was bad, and they worked with me on a good interest rate.
