Tried to find out information and schedule an appointment for my son. The scheduler I spoke to seemed confused with any question I asked from locations, what happens after call, intake etc. Was not helpful at all. I wanted to make sure that with the intake that parents and my son would have private time with therapist could be as open as possible.
