We toured with Tampa Gardens and it was a wonderful experience. We toured about 4 places and they all came in pretty comparable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the facility itself was so clean. We were able to see some of the activities posted as well and they looked great. For us it just came down to the location and convenience for family.

The people I dealt with at Tampa Gardens Senior Living were very nice. And the tour was a positive experience. We just preferred a different community. Size and number of residents was the determining factor - we were looking for a place that was not too big but not too small.

There have been some staff shake-ups. There was a change in ownership right after our loved one moved in. Some of the staff that we really liked are no longer there. He reports that the food quality is not as good as when he first moved in. And the activities are hit or miss, most likely due to Covid staffing issues. But the staff has tried to get my loved one involved in more activities, and they've reached out to him quite a bit. The facility itself is well kept. we were not able to tour this community but we did get a chance to meet with them. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The community has some really good food according to my loved one. It is a pretty decent community, and you should check it out. It is a smaller community, and I like that. They know who the family is along with the residents.

The community is very well run and they keep the residents busy with activities. The staff is consistent and it's reassuring to have all the medical came into the community. I would highly recommend this community.

My husband and I toured 3 different facilities and we really liked Brighton Gardens of Tampa. It was a glowing tour and everything was great and people were very friendly. After she got here, we were very disappointed. It was not the same as when they were trying to get us to come there. She did need a lot of help and we just did not see that when we were up there for visits. Overall, due to our experience, we would not recommend them to other families looking.
