My first experience at Tampa Palms Dentistry was absolutely amazing. From the time I walked in to the time I left. The staff is amazing there. Samantha was also a very great help because I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. She was very patient with me. I’m so glad I joined this office and look forward to going back. Everyone here is so friendly and more than competent at what they do. I have never had dental appointments so pain free! Every visit I've ever had here has been a pleasure. They do everything in their power to make you as comfortable as possible. Since coming here, I don't mind going to the dentist anymore!
Everyone I met at Tampa Palms Dentistry treated me with the utmost care and respect. Brandon was super helpful in answering all my questions and even though I'm not looking forward to having wisdom teeth pulled, there's a bit of relief knowing I'm in good hands. I've been to Aspen Dental and got the run around after they drained my insurance to quote me near double the price. Tampa Palms Dentistry is doing it right and I can't recommend them enough! I had such an amazing experience. First off, the office is beautiful. Absolutely nothing was out of place. I had a wonderful assistant named Eileen. She made me feel welcomed and unashamed. She took my X-rays in 5 minutes! They have great communication between the Dr and assistant because he knew a lot about me prior to meeting me face to face. When I first came to this amazing team, I was fearful of the dentist, but as soon as I walked into the breathtaking office space, I felt welcomed and that it didn’t matter what had happened only what we were doing to fix my teeth. Samantha has always made it known where we are in plan, and their flexibility with helping with the financial side has taken a lot of stress off me. I will never go to another dentist office, thank you to the whole team for their outstanding work, and efforts!
