He was very caring, took time to explain any questions I had. very professional and very knowledgeable ! I would recommended him to everyone one.
Was referred by my PC. Drove 2 hrs to see him for 5 mins from 3 ft away. Refused requested scrape, culture tests to verify the ACTUALVcause. Got ugly to me for advocating and begging for help so I didn't have to keep coming back monthly because I live on disability and can't afford it. Refused to listen. Prescribed exact meds my PC had me on for 6 mos already which didn't work and is why she sent me there in the 1st place.
I needed two cyst removed from my back. Told them this when I made the appointment. Got there at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. Dr. finally saw me at 10:25 and spent 30 seconds telling me he had to send pictures to insurance company for approval. Called insurance company when I got home and was told they do not require any pictures ever, and no preapproval was necessary for a cyst. Dr. also refused to remove both cyst in one visit. $47.00 copay plus insurance for nothing. I will not be back!!!!
Not great at all. Went in to have keloids flattenedAnd I’ve had this procedure many times This time it was extremely painful in the results were horrible. The keloid was worse.Also he had a resident that he did not ask if I preferred to be in the room with me at the time and was telling jokes to seemingly impress the resident. He did not answer my question as well and I’m completely unsatisfied with the service
Losey - Went their - gave me a good price on mole removal but Since I am on a fixed income I told him NOT to send them in because I could not afford to have them tested. He sent them anyway. He needed to know. received one bill of $430.00. Then they adjusted the bill to $200.00. Went back to have another mole removed - Office call $95.00 paid cash - then before they would let me leave they made me pay the full $430.00 - WHAT A RIP OFF - i AM A SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME - NO INSURANCE AND - THEY WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE ... read more
I love his staff, and the PAs, but on the occassions I've seen him I am not impressed. The PAs are thorough and make you feel like what your there for is as important to them as it is to you. Dr. Le is always rushed and makes you feel like you're taking up his time. I keep going, but I'll only see the PAs.
Desoto Dermatology is the worse! Go elsewhere if you can!! I left a Google review expressing my concerns about the long waits (45-1 hour in the lobby on scheduled appointments plus another 20 minutes in the back waiting for someone to come to your room) the doctors started to treat me extremely poorly and retaliate against me. Someone from their staff contacted me to discuss my concerns, but my last two visits (before I went elsewhere) both doctors were extremely rude and mean to me.
Most unethical practice I have ever been to. It seems that their sole purpose is to run up their billing by unnecessary procedures. Just two months prior to my visit to Dr. Le my regular and highly regarded dermatologist who was in practice for 37 years retired. She gave me a complete checkup and a clean bill of health. To my shock Dr. Le's staff wanted to freeze off a number of items on my chest and back that they claimed needed to be attended to. I rejected their effort and pointed out why.
