I could not have been more pleased. I was a new patient who had to make an appointment on short notice. I was able to get in quickly. Dr. Dau thoroughly explained treatment options to me and proceeded to take care of my situation on this first visit. Dental assistant and office staff were very courteous and professional.
My first visit was great. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with welcomes and friendly faces. The hygenist and dentist were informative and thorough. I feel like they genuinely care about patients.
Everyone at Tangletown Dental made me feel so comfortable. They explained what was going on and that they are here to make me comfortable. The Dentist, to the assistant to the front. Wonderful people! Cute, quaint office makes it even a better feeling going in there!

I’ve been going here for the last 3 years and love the small business vibe - there are always the same employees who are super nice and helpful, and on time - no waiting for 30 min in the lobby. I trust them not too oversell on extra products that aren’t needed - that is huge! I’ve been to other dentists in the past that try to sell all the extra whitening products and say you need fillings when you really don’t. Will never go anywhere else! I trust them with my pearly whites 😉
PERFECTION
As a senior patient, I have found that the dentists and staff are very proactive regarding a patients overall oral health and well being. The goal is to keep your teeth healthy for as long as possible which enhances your general health as well.
Everyone was ready. Very patient.
Miranda is a fine dental hygienist. She is careful and does excellent work. She also answered my questions and gave good advise. Dr. Dau is a fine dentist, who completed a thorough exam, answered questions, made recommendations and also did not pressure me to make a decision right away. The whole staff is very congenial!
