I was late for my appointment and by late I mean 25 minutes. I completely expected to reschedule and I was apologizing profusely. Shockingly they were able to work me in anyway and I had the same consistent great service. Great people, customer service and high quality care.

My appointment was on time, the dental assistant was very attentive and capable, and Dr. Isaacson gave me a good overall report on my teeth, which Tangletown Dental has been servicing for 30 years. Besides, I got my goody bag of toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss. :)

Some things are said to be uncommonly common. One of them is excellent service at Tangletown. No linguistic trickery here. Just the real deal.
I chipped a tooth late afternoon and called Tangletown Dental. Pam was great and was able to get me in 8am the next day. By 8:45am that morning I was back in my car headed to work with a completely repaired tooth! My family has been under the care of Dr. Dau for nearly 15 years and couldn’t be happier with the service.
Very good service-very attentive! Enjoyed not having to have any major work done this time. See you again in May.
