This was the best experience I've had at a dental office especially for being a first time customer. The visit was professional and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me immediately and shook my hand. Stephanie, the hygienist, was great; she gave details of what she was going to do before each new examination (I had a full mouth X-ray, teeth cleaning and exam) and she answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Dau was also welcoming and answered all of my questions. Overall, this was a great experience.
As usual, Tangletown Dental made my six month checkup a very pleasant experience. They are thorough professional, and also comfortable.
Tangletown always has the best staff. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have on occasion had to obtain dental services at other places. I always return to Tangletown because their service and staff are the best.
So glad to have found Dr. Isaacson. I had a recurring chip on my lower front tooth. He looked at the mechanics of my bite and changed the shape a little and it's never been a problem since. I appreciate his years of experience and focus on both function and aesthetics.
I had a wonderful first appointment. Everyone was very personable and friendly. Will look forward to future visits!
