The people there were great service was great but the shipper was terrible usps lost first order . Then you reshipped they delivered to wrong address . Then 2 weeks later first ordered showed up my porch so asked how for them u made an offer I bought them to as far as TWC there great they everything they said they would right on time great company

I originally had some troubles with USPS, but Jerry Cline was on it for me. He was super nice and respectful. Other than that I have used TWC rods for the last 9 years and will not use anything else. They are great quality, craftsmanship, and superior strength.
