Great product ! Shipping cost is rather high though
Great customer service! I really wanted the new TWC / Monster rod. I ordered one, then discovered it was only available in a (bait) cast reel model, and I needed a spinning reel rod. TWC was very prompt in answering my message to them and immediately processed a refund.
Great quality poles at a good price point. This is my 2nd order with "Tangling With Catfish" and I now own a total of their 8 rods.
Great! My only complaint is I can't track the package. I bought it for a customer and I have no idea if it was delivered.
