Easiest company to do business with. Quality is a standard that is obviously held at the highest level. I have had people who I go fishing with me ask to examine the rod. Great quality rod. Fast shipping. I emailed with a question and the response was prompt. The packaging in my opinion is a little overkill. I think you could find a way to ship less expensive and still protect your rod, you might sell more rods that way. Fantastic product. Great customer service!
