Customer service was excellent, shipping which I understand you have no control over, was terrible on FedEx part. My poles were late by 4 days because they actually lost an 8' piece of PVC and had to open a tracking investigation. Like I said everything on y'alls end was great. I would definitely recommend your rods and your customer service was great and email's were returned as quickly as I sent them.
Great just what I ordered
Highly recommend trying this guide at least once. We had the opportunity to go out with Tyler last weekend and he did not disappoint. We had a group of 4 and fished for only 4 hours- catching over 30 bluecat. Tyler explained the drifting technique very well and gave us a few tips for our day-to-day fishing that we do back home. Thanks again for a great experience Tyler!
Great got all 6 rods sent right out got they quickly using them now love them
Ordered 2 rods from TWC, both were well made and shipped in schedule 40 PVC. Can’t wait to get to use them, however no one has reels in stock. Both rods arrived within days of ordering.
