Tanya did our original mortgage on our first home, and then again for our refinance. Both times, she was accessible and friendly every step of the way. Answering and explaining all questions and issues we had. I would definitely go to her for any other mortgage needs in the future, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or refinance.

We've lost track of how many times Tanya has helped us with our mortgages, and each time she and her team have been stellar. Tanya was great! She made the process of refinancing very easy and hassle free. We've dealt with Tanya so many times, and on each occasion she has come through with great mortgage options, excellent rates, and the most important of them all - timely close, so we dont need to go back to the seller asking for extensions on very tight escrows. She always has sound advice, and we love her risk averse yet positive attitude - which gives us the most grounded feedback about our options, as well as her general market awareness that extends beyond lending - which always is a great sounding board for opinions.

Yup!! Tanya is an angel alright!! This is the third home I’ve bought in my life and the loan process was about as easy as spending money mad money for ice cream and candy. It was a piece of cake! Tanya was fastidiously thorough throughout the whole process.
