I've had great experience with Tanya for the second time. Because of her and her team, I've got a lower rate than the market is right now. I have refinanced numerous times over the last 20 years with Tanya. She always provides impeccable service, competitive rates and fast processing. This time it was no exception!
I have been re-financing with Tanya for the past 20 years. I bought new properties and re-financed current properties with her. She has always provided outstanding lending service. Rates are usually lower than anywhere else, closing cost is much lower too and closing is always on time and without issues. I have recommended her to all of my friends and they all have similar experience!
