Ms. Ericksen is a consummate professional. Her probing questions always feel driven by a genuine desire to help me. Her knowledge appears encyclopedic; her empathy boundless. She never allows the pratfalls and bureaucracy of the American Healthcare system to negatively impact her relationship with me, her patient. She is a credit to her profession. I highly doubt anyone regretting time spent under her care. Simply put, she is one of the good ones.
