Paul did a very thorough and professional job as usual. He called me the day before his visit and the morning of to make sure my cat was safely indoors. I appreciated his extra effort and concern about the welfare of the elderly feline. I had previously communicated my concerns to the main office about the safety content of the spray and they assured me it was a safe and nontoxic product Thank you Paul. You rock!
