As a first time home buyer the best way I could describe it is what the title states. TK listened to everything I asked him, and patiently walk me through every deal point. Working with tk and his team was a very easy process. Buying a home is suppose to be fun and pain free but when you talk to people that have gone through the process they hated it and had horrible experiences.
