First time user. Very impressed with the ease of setting up account. There were no usual technical issues. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to submit my claim. The setting up and submitting my claim done less than 20 minutes is the reason for my 5 star rating. 🌟
This app keeps crashing after I enter my password. It's up to date.
App doesn't work all the time. It tells me to call a 1-800 # and then they tell me to use the web site.
Tasc is super professional and they get back to me right away. I get my reimbursement in a couple of days
