User friendly
It's crazy that my regular monthly prescriptions don't come directly out of my flex spend. It comes out of the 'cash' I have earned by submitting receipts - and once that is used I need to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed via the 'cash' account - to maybe use on the next monthly prescription.
On line service is great. The problem is to get to customer service by phone, it takes long waiting time. But as soon as you get there, the service is very good as well.
