Stay away from this place, completely unprofessional. You have been warned. I was scheduled almost 2 months in advance for removal of my wisdom teeth...had a caregiver booked, meal prepped for my hubby, took time off work, even went by the office 2 weeks before to update my insurance info...you get the idea, I was ready for the appointment. Only to receive a call about ONE hour before stating the dr. advised he is canceling my appointment, it was too difficult a job.ONE hour before! Awful CS
I will never step foot back into that place. Its terrible. They claim they will provide payment plans for customers who need it. They DONT. So please dont let them suck you into their lies. And if your on odsp and have a child who gets benfits through you and they need to have a tooth removed and you dont have the dental card.... well paying and being reimbursed when you bring the card in IS NOT A OPTION. This place is terrible and all they care about is MONEY NOT THE PATIENTS
Office staff are deplorable. Overheard office manager mocking a person on the phone, then others in the office chimed in with their OMGs and laughter erupted. Stay away. Who would want to be subjected to this. Visit was just okay, will not return.
This dentist office is new, and seems like they are trying to squeeze every dollar out of your insurance company at your teeth's expense. Came to this dentist because of its high reviews, do not make the same mistake! It wasn't a very good cleaning, the dentist was very aggressive and hurt my mouth, charged my insurance company triple the advertised price for a cleaning, and told me I absolutely needed 8 fillings! Went to my old dentist, they informed me I only needed one.
