Both a great downtown spot for visitors and a favorite neighborhood hangout - reliably excellent food and service that keeps us coming back.

Food was okay. We would try something different if we went back. Outdoor patio was nice. However, some screaming and acting out children ruined the mood.
Went for Mother's Day brunch with my mom before a show at the Murat Theatre. We sat outside. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The mimosas were delicious and the food was on point like always. They also have some of the best service. Our waiter was phenomenal. I have never had bad service at a Cunningham restaurant. They are always my first choice when choosing a restaurant

I just didn’t think the brunch was that good. The omelette was not good and the bowl of tator tots were cold. A person with us got a wrap that was a child’s portion with no side. The burger was ok. Sorry. I usually love this place but I thought smaller portions and not that great.
Went for brunch before a show at the Murat Theatre. The food and service were excellent! My husband had the Carne Asada burrito and I had chicken and waffles. He had a beer (Modelo) and I had an espresso martini. It was all soooo good. Our waiter was also on point. We also split the strawberry cheesecake and honestly, I would go again just for the cheesecake
