They answered my questions that I had and they were polite in courteous and I thank him
Business response:
Hi, John. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
I spoke with tax consultant Herbert Henriquez as i called with a few questions regarding my case. He was extremely helpful to me in not only answering my questions but took the time to go to appropriate channels to give me the proper update. Tax issues make the normal person anxious but I have an anxiety disorder due to a serious illness & I feel he felt my additional anxiety. Also to mention, he was very patient in explaining his response more than once. Thank you Henry. I very much appreciate everything. Celine O.
