It was great at first. They really helped to calm my nerves. As time went on, they became completely unresponsive to my phone calls and ignored me!! The only time anyone called me was to charge me more money!!!! Please be careful if you decide to use this company. They will only add to your problems. I am waiting for a full refund because they did nothing to help me. It has been so much easier to deal with the IRS on my own.
