Worst experience. Took 7.200 dollars from me and did nothing. Within 1 week said it's would settle for 15.000 then went to 13000 then 10.000 .Then said if I didn't give them 7,500 I would owe the full amount. Talked 2 other companies and tax lawyers takes months and months for its to finalize payment plan. They are scams and I called BBB and attorney General .Talked to William Chase and he just laughed saying I paid 7.200 for them filling my tax returns that the irs never got.
