My case manager **************** has been through and helpful and amazing in getting all of my tax mess organized and into a payment plan. I would recommend this manager and service to anyone that is just not sure where to start in getting tax issues resolved.
The billing account executive, named ******* was very professional, punctual in returning my calls, and showed extreme concerned concerning my case. It is because of her attention to detail and the empathy heard in her voice toned that I decided to continue to do business with TaxRise. I am looking forward to a redirect within the 48 to 72 hours concerning my case as agreed upon with *******************.
