names Manny, I'm writing this review for my agent (*****) we fought this for 3 to 4 years together. I had built up some tax debt for multiple years, basically being ignorant n irresponsible. i used taxrise and yes you pay money but they have payment plan options after paying the battle is just begining, the *** is not fast to respond, so by having patients and doing what was instructed to me by my agent and her team. we won the case. ***** was awesome. They weren't able to lower my debt but it's because I have a good income. Not hers, or Tax Rise' fault. Seems funny to me though that the *** wants to come after my $7,500 when we had a President who never paid his taxes, or paid significantly less than he should have.

You have to be careful when choosing a representative when working with the **** I hired an attorney paid them $5000 retainer and they took all my documentation and in 1 year they did nothing. I went to there office to get my documents back and they were gone. Bankrupt and defunct. I turned to Tax Rise and ***** Saatchi and I was very wary of these guys at first. I am pleased with Tax Rise, the service that was provided was outstanding. Tax Rise was able to resolve major Income Tax issues for me. ***** Saatchi was awesome in answering any questions that I had and directing me on what to do every step of the way, therefore making the entire process less stressful.
