Great customer service experiences, constant communication in resolving my concerns
Very trustworthy company. I was relieved of the burden of researching and paying years of back taxes. My X was filing joint while we were separated but stopped filing my portion of taxes over 3 years ago leaving me to pick up the pieces and pay all back taxes owed.
