We needed 12x12 tiles for our outdoor tabletop. With each tile fitting into its own frame, we couldn't use any other size. After striking out at a number of stores--turns out 12x12 tiles are much less popular than they were when we bought the table--we reached Kim at Taylor Flooring in Halifax. She suggested some beautiful Italian tiles that came in exactly the right number of tiles per box, and that were surprisingly affordable. We're delighted...thanks, Kim!
Had to arrange an appointment to visit the store to start which is strange given they have a retail showroom. On arrival we were shown around and identified some flooring that would work, al was good. We arranged a site visit and the same showroom sales person visited our property to measure up. Quote subsequently arrived with a line item of $600 that wasn’t identifiable by us. We emailed the sales person a number of times and received absolutely no response. I got hardwood flooring installed from the Halifax store. Kim was great on the sales end, knowledgeable and straightforward. Pricing was competitive. Mark and his assistant did an excellent job on the installation. I did have a couple of small issues with some dents in the wall. They sent Adrian out to fix it and he did a very good job of it. All staff were polite and respectful of the household. Very satisfied.
HomeDepot was unable to get the flooring I saw online on their website. There was very limited stock in the store and luckily right next door was Taylor Flooring. I dealt with Kim, very easy to work with and had great suggestions. Will 100% come here again for flooring needs. Thanks Kim!
We had new carpet installed in three bedrooms, Taylor Flooring made this project easy and stress-free! Jeff Grandy was very responsive and helped us pick out a product we love. The installation team was friendly and respectful - overall great expeirence! Will definitely be returning for future flooring needs.
