We found Taylor Weiner and his staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable with all the closing paperwork and guidelines. One thing I especially liked was his friendly staff and the fact there were no surprises at closing. This is my fourth home and by far the easiest closing I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Mr. Weiner and would absolutely use him again in the future!

We were impressed that Taylor took the time to explain the funding process and all the documentation required. He and his assistants worked with us every step of the way to ensure that our loan package was complete. He was instrumental in helping us secure a VA loan and locked us into a good rate.

Taylor helped and represented me in many ways while working with the US Veterans Administration with my loan. He advocated for me and found solutions and people that helped me get my house approved by the VA. In time of stress, Taylor found me different options to helped me better understand the process and to obtain buy the house. It was a pleasure to work with him and with his team.

Taylor is a good guy. I have worked with him now on more than a few occasions and he has made the process easy. He worked with me on credit issues and went out of his way to close more than one deal. I highly recommend his services.

We had a great experience working with Taylor. Taylor was very helpful and willing to work through issues in order to get the job done. He helped us close a deal to sell our property and buy a new property. The lender that the buyers originally intended to use to buy our condo was not able to work their way through issues with our HOA. Taylor jumped in and got the job done, which allowed us to close on both transactions in a reasonable amount of time.

Taylor and his team at Skyline were great to work with. Even though the escrow company kept telling us that it was always the loan company that kept things waiting, I can tell you that was not the case with Taylor. He was on top of it the whole time and we ended up waiting on escrow to catch up!

My wife and I have bought several homes in our life and we wished we would have used Taylor for all of them. He was on top of all aspects of the loan from the beginning to the end. He was very respectful of our time, which really worked for us. He has an art of communicating that made us extremely comfortable. If you want to lessen the stress of buying a home, have Taylor do your loan.
