Taylor and his staff had A + service. They were thorough, detail oriented, and dedicated. Everyone was awesome, they answered every question (we had about a million). The entire process was smooth and it was no doubt because of their effort and hard work. I would recommend them to everyone, they were actually referred to us by a buddy of mine at work who was also ecstatic with their service.
Taylor and his team are second to none. I had tried using someone before them and was quickly turned to their service based on their availability to me. They have a lot of clients and I always felt I was the only client. It's hard to find the type of customer service the provided.
Taylor is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He even responded when he was out of the country! He was aways available I recommend Taylor's services fully.
At the beginning of our home purchase I was working with another lender that was not able to close my loan and I was getting very disappointed. The file then was transferred to Skyline where Taylor took over the file. As a first-time home buyer, going through the whole lending process can be incredibly intimidating. We found Taylor Weiner and his staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable with all the closing paperwork and guidelines. One thing I especially liked was his friendly staff and the fact there were no surprises at closing. This is my fourth home and by far the easiest closing I have ever experienced.
