Pros: Readily finds the customers and related information which helps resolve cases fast.
Cons: It does not display the paid/unpaid status of the invoices.
I would Highly recommend TCR
Pros: keeps things organized and easy to see how a project its running
Cons: It's a little pricey but it wort every penny
Overall: keep track of equipment rented and days being out there

Great Software!
Pros: I love how our guys in the field get the ticket on the app in order to get correct quantities.
Cons: No option for freeform invoicing. It's hard to miniplate our rental invoices when we do a lump sum rental.
Overall: We are learning something new every day with TCR. I love that we are billing our contract jobs quicker because of TCR.

Cons: Search engine feature can be improved by providing different criteria to search for a customer.

Pros: It is perfect for they type of work we do. They have amazing customer service and the ability and willingness to accommodate special needs, and requests specific to our company.
Cons: I can't think of anything at this time.
