"Saul at TruLending was very prompt and professional as we went through the refinancing process. Although the process was long and tedious (not Saul's fault, just how the banks are these days), Saul kept us informed and responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. I recently worked with Saul on a refinance. My experience with the loan process is limited to 1 purchase and 2 refis, but this was by far the easiest of the bunch. Saul gave me information up front on what to expect. He was very responsive to my emails and questions/concerns about the process. Of course, most importantly, he got me a great rate. I would definitely recommend working with Saul on a refi.

We were a bit skeptical because we were getting such a good quote, but decided to let the process play out. But everything that we were quoted was correct. Saul was great at keeping us informed through the whole processes and addressing our concerns. Any time we had a question we heard back quicker than I expected. A very good experience.
