As first-time buyers they walked us through the process step by step, pressure-free, answering all of our questions and even presenting options we had never considered that works out to our great benefit. Applying for a mortgage is much more difficult since the housing meltdown in 2008. Jay Crowell's team really helped us navigate the process as easily as possible. They were persistent but polite. I highly recommend using them if you are in the market for a home loan because it leads to a faster closing period.

Jay and team did a fantastic job guiding me through a somewhat complicated loan for a house purchase and enabled me to get an excellent rate. Provided guidance and produced documents over the weekend and even had one conversation while Jay was on vacation! Highly recommended.

Jay Crowell provides THE most personal service that I've ever received from a mortgage lender. He called me frequently during the loan process to see if I had any questions, plus he responds immediately to phone calls and emails. He even showed up at the title company when I was scheduled to sign closing documents. The loan was funded on time too! I will use Jay again plus recommend him to my friends and associates.

I was very impressed with Team Crowell. They explained everything to me and set me up with a helpful iPad app to navigate 4 different loan options. I worked mostly with Jacob and was very pleased.
