Outstanding customer service -- Alex and Louis responded to a service request to remove a toilet prior to flooring installation. They arrived within the first 30 minutes of a two-hour time block, removed the toilet and stored it in a basement storage room. Been having issues with my sump pump with all this rain fall recently. Alex and Louis were able to asses the sump pump issue and help resolve the pump issue. Would recommend both of these again for any plumbing needs!

Big shout out to this company, and Brian Kirbow, we are in the process of selling my Mom's house and had to pass a water heater inspection it was installed in 2019, this company came out and looked at it for us made minor corrections and it passed the next day.... What can I say. Curtis is the best. My water heater stopped working so I called Team Plumbing. Within about an hour Curtis called and he began to walk me through possible solutions. You see, he knew he was booked up until Friday. it turns out I just needed to reset the water heater. Who knew they were like computers in that way. Anyway, that was the problem and the water heater is now working again. I am so glad Curtis offers this type of triage. It saved my life.

First of all, I was bombed that I would have to wait till the next day to get someone here to fix my clogged sink but Chris called and informed me of a cancellation and was at my place in a flash. He is great at his job and doesn’t quit till he gets it done. He was here to unclog my drainage system but due to heavy buildup it wouldn’t let loose. He worked on it till it got fixed even though it took him more time than he’d anticipated. He was very friendly and professional, I’d recommend him any day!

Chris and Curtis are true professionals! They were thorough and precise with their work. The entire hot water heater had to be replaced which was unexpected but they where vey reassuring throughout the whole process. These gentlemen are a true asset to the company and I would gladly request them again.

Had a problem with the shutoff valves under the kitchen sink. Chris came out and replaced both hot and cold shutoff valves. He fell outside on some ice and fixed our kitchen faucet while he was wounded. Still did a great job. very fast and efficient. I would give him 6 stars if I could.
