Lesley got us a very competitive rate in a tough climate and helped us close on the loan in a smooth manner. She was very responsive to answering all of our questions - she responds to emails same day/within 24hrs and provides thorough explanations. I have found it tricky to decipher the paperwork but Lesley took her time to explain everything I had a question about. She has an excellent team working with her who are equally responsive. Lesley was AMAZING. This was my first time buying a home and there were a lot of special requirements I needed to secure a loan. Lesley went above and beyond to make sure my loan got processed the way I needed it in time for my closing to be completed.
