Our Technician: Frank had a very good combination of being friendly and professional! He explained what he was here to do and brought us up to speed on what pets were covered and what the process was going to be to perform the needed treatment. Also Brent Cole came to inform us on Team Veterans and the services, cost and gave very good advise to our particular needs - very professional and friendly (Easy to talk with)!
