When we first met Hans I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and he had put together a very nice packet for us to review. Hans is very knowledgeable about the market in the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area. He provided me with analysis of the home prices for the neighborhood I was buying into, and helped me negotiate the best price for the condo I purchased. He explained the process carefully (but did not “mansplain”) so I understood what was happening each step of the way. The process for acquiring a loan was a bit of a roller coaster for me, but he was calm and reassuring!
My wife and I were first-time home sellers, and Hans represented us. His guidance through the process was welcome and crucial. He was able to project manage our home prep, the people whom he brought in were amazing, and the improvements he was able to see though exceeded our expectations by a long shot. He's honest and capable, we would recommend him to anyone.
