Today was a fantastic experience! I LOVE TEBO DENTISTRY & very pleased with the entire team! I’m Forever grateful for the Queen hygienist that worked on my son for over an hour; she was patient, careful, & caring. My son is autistic too plus never been, she handled everything perfectly & was a PRO!! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Adriana was awesome ! The very best ! I brought in one of my children, my teenage son, who has been a patient since elementary school now in high school and this is the very first time he actually described his dental visit as the best because of how Adriana handled everything through the entire process. All of the staff were very nice and patient with my son. They made sure to explain everything they were doing to put him at ease with what was happening. I do hate that I forgot to get his toothbrush and goodie bag, but that was on me.
Overall good place. I’ve been taking my son here for 6 years now with no complaints. This was my first time with an appointment after 3 p.m and there was no parking available around the entire building. This made my experience frustrating.
Had a good first visit a year ago until the last two visits. This last visit we were greeted with a front desk lady who had a rude attitude, waited 30 plus minutes for XRAYS, and once we asked about the hold up, no one was apologetic. The staff member didn’t even introduce herself before she started asking me medical questions. While I’m sitting there waiting, I over heard the hygienist (or dentist) telling a little girl “are you sure you’re flossing because it should not be hurting.” Straight up making her feel bad.
