People are always very professional and friendly. We have been to the Dacula office many, many times - this time we did have to wait much longer than usual in the room for the actual Orthodontist. But, the office was pretty busy and we haven't been there during that particular time in the afternoon before to compare. Other than that, everything was great.
The entire staff in the Dacula office is awesome!!! My son loves the ladies that takes care of his teeth. ��
