This is a fantastic restaurant! We had an amazing meal and loved the ambiance. The servers were super kind and attentive. I wish we lived in DC. We’d be regulars! What a find!
The food was great - but the service was very slow. The bartender also had tables in restaurant and just got backed up. All in all, it worked out and dinner was great. But I think they need more staff.

Great food! Friendly staff! We loved the decor and the building setup. It’s a really unique. And probably the best breakfast we had while In DC this week.

Great food. Staff was friendly. The desserts were absolutely the best.
We enjoyed the deviled eggs royale, the harvest salad, meatloaf, and dark chocolate cream pie; all delicious! One dessert was easily enough for two people. :-)
Everything was fine. With the ONLY exception of being asked to leave by a hostess/manager because they needed the table immediately after paying the bill. Mind you my party was finishing a coffee that was just poured. Yes it was a Saturday at the lunch hour. So I get the need to flip the table. But literally it was we paid the bill, coffee had been poured just as we are paying and then asked to leave. Just left a bad taste to the experiences.
