Got a late reservation after arriving in Ballston late in the evening. Chicken Tortilla Soup and loaded Tots were an awesome snack. My husband loved his burger!

Our party had a great time, as usual. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Popular brunch spot redefines comfort food. From the smart, vaguely Art Deco interior to the artisanal pop-tarts, Ted’s guests luxuriate in a heady swirl of urban sophistication and nostalgia. The staff is well-trained. The food is familiar and updated in delightful ways. It’s a bit pricey — and a good value.
Margaritas were small. Deviled eggs were disappointing because they were bland tasting. Chili was good. I gave it a B grade. Chocolate cake was not as moist as usual. Cobb salad had overcooked chicken, lettuce was tasteless, very little bacon - overall, not as good as the the cobb salad here normally is. We normally have loved the food here. This was the first time we were disappointed. Perhaps they have a new chef?
The food was good, not outstanding. Noise was excessive--it was hard to hear the waiter and the bass of the overhead music was too loud.

Great breakfast on a recent Saturday morning - place was packed so a reservation is recommended. Service was exceptional and food delicious. Noise was loud, hard to hear our own conversation at the table.
Good breakfast menu,similar to its Namesake on 14th St. in Washington. Very good service, especially considering how busy it was. Was glad to see they have plenty of seating in booths. The only complaint, really, is the noise level.
